pediatric dentist and hygienists are fantastic. Scheduling as everyone states is awful. Howver, my daughter needed wisdom teeth removal and I was told we were over the max for surgery so I paid the difference. Rescheduled her apt for the hygienist later. Arrived a month later for that appt and were were in the chair and the hygienist states I am over my Max and nothing is covered. All out of pocket. I already took off of work and she was due so paid but delayed X-rays. Went to check out and was treated unwell by patty who told me it was my job to know when I hit my max.

I explained that the bills I receive have the rate they charge and then the contracted rate so it’s not clear. She told me they have too many patients to keep track and that was on me. I was told by the hygienist to reschedule the X-rays early January . Patty said it wouldn’t be covered. I called a different wny dental location while at this office as they don’t schedule for other offices even though the same practice and the other location said I could schedule in January Received a call back two days later from the office manager Michelle who was awful. Told me they are too busy to keep track of everyone’s Max and essentially this was my fault. Said front desk could use more training but they are busy . Then received a call back from the pediatric office manger Katherine who was the only bright light in this .

Took the time to explain everything. Found more scheduling errors we had been working on and fixed them. Apologized for what happened and advised me that I in fact was not at my max and their group failed to update my insurance two years ago and they owe me $280 back and we could have had the X-rays when we were in. Thanks to her she spent the time to figure out the problem. Be careful of the office manager Michelle who didn’t bother to look deeper and patty.

My family and I had a great experience at this office. Coming from a traumatizing appointment at the Holland location, this was 10/10. The hygienist did a wonderful job and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also did a wonderful job with my 5 year old who needed an emergency visit, they fit him in the same day. Would definitely recommend!

Nidhhi Parker and Layla Vogt - Herlehy are angels. My experience was so wonderful. They made me so comfortable. They did a great job fixing my issue. I was so relieved when they finished. Going back in March for my crown I have 💯 confidence. Thank you💕🤪

Dentists are good overall. Front desk staff isn't very smart. Claim they cannot look up insurance information. After pushing back they were able to look it up in less than 1 minute. Imagine that.🤔
