This dentist was my second opinion. The first dentist I saw gave me a thorough explanation of everything going on in my mouth with options. After the xrays this dentist came into the room and told me she recommends full dentures. I asked why and she said it was because many teeth in my mouth are not good.

When I told her I did not want dentures, that I wanted a bridge or partial denture she said they do not offer bridges or the type of partial that I needed and referred me to another dentist. If I did not already have my first exam with a different dentist and know my options, I might have gotten the dentures unnecessarily. She was definitely pushing the dentures hard and I understand why, because that was her only option. In the end, she was not looking out for my best interest, she was looking out for hers.

Also, she was not personable at all. She was all business and seemed miserable, which is just my experience. I do not recommend this dentist, but if you do use them for some reason then I would recommend you know your options before you go.

I do not typically leave reviews, but after seeing so many negative ones, I wanted to share my personal experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly caring and professional. I expected my procedure to take about an hour, but unfortunately, my anxiety had other plans. They were able to extract two or three teeth before my anxiety overwhelmed me, causing my blood pressure to rise.

The dentist (a wonderful female doctor) and her assistant were extremely patient and compassionate. They coached me through the process, kept me as calm as possible, and stayed with me until EMTs arrived. Even though I felt like I wasted their time, they reassured me that my well-being was their priority. They made sure everything was in place before I left, referred me to an oral surgeon, and even encouraged me to follow up with them after my extractions were completed.

Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult experience much easier, and I truly appreciate the care they provided.
