Hello I went there not knowing I would come out with some new dentures & a smile that made my whole day, Dr. Katherine is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had she was very personal, courteous, honest with me the whole time &’her staff was awesome also.

Colin her nurse was great also, I would highly recommend anyone to go there rather near or far. I would go to her every time & will continue there, this is my first dentist here since relocating here to Mebane & the service there is awesome!!!!!

Dentist said I had to much energy at 9:30am she walked out of exam room sent a lady in to reschedule me. I was there because my dentures did not fit properly, was told by person in lab they would give me another pair. Never mind I had took off work. Affordable Denures if Burlington ripped me off.

I can’t say enough about Dr Jones. Incredible person doesn’t even touch it. I’ve had dental issues my whole life since I was a child. I’ve fought this battle for 51 years. She did an amazing job on my upper denture and a partial for my lower, but this time I wanted to have her do a bottom implant supported denture. Knowing I am a professional that interacts with the public she wanted the right solution for me and could have easily told me the cost and taken my money.

But she’s not in practice for “just the money”. Yes she’s a businesswoman and knows she has to make a profit but she CARES for her patients. She knew I ultimately needed full dental implant reconstruction and it was not a service she offered. Even though I did come for the lower snap secure procedure, she had the foresight and knowledge to look at my X-rays, know my history, and recommended the right solution for my situation. She said “ I’m your plan B”, referred me to a top doc in the implant practice, and so far they have been everything she said they would be. If you need dentures or extractions …even implant secured dentures…Dr Jones is the only person in this area I would trust with my dental care.

If it’s a full implant reconstruction and you have the money…she will get you where you need to go. Incredibly kind and professional individual does not convey the respect and impression I have of her. You will never regret using Dr Jones at the affordable dentures office in Burlington.

Real talk. . . If you are a person that is nervous about dental visits, then relax and come experience a staff that has a bedside manner that is unmatched. I initially visited the office on June 30th. I am back today July 9th for a follow up appointment. Dr Jones and her staff are the best!! Angela is the first contact as the Receptionist and she sets the tone (welcoming and professional).

Colin, Angie and Jalen are the Dental Assistants and they are (knowledgeable and accommodating). Alvaro is the Lab Tech and he did the dog on thing (excellent work). Nykeem who is a Trainer, was on site today and he brought the chivalry! *Dr Jones is the Best. . . She is very reassuring, patient, informative, and non judgemental that's what you want in your Dentist especially when you're feeling anxious* I already did recommend her services to someone and I am here with her today for her appointment! Yep, they are that good!! Totally recommend!!
