I wanna personally show out two amazing staff workers from my son’s dentist appointment on 1/21/25. Dr.Reina & her assistant Nayeli were AMAZING!!! They were very patient with my son and calmed him down and kept reassuring him everything was going to be okay!!! Its staff like these two that make it worth the 45 minute drive from Asheboro to Burlington.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. First off, I brought my two year old in for his very first cleaning today. Upon arrival we were greeted at the front desk and the lady asked me to fill out the new patient paperwork, when I expressed my concerns with completing this while trying to keep a two year old entertained I was told this had been sent to my email days prior and in order for him to be seen it had to be completed. After double checking my email several times, it had in fact not been sent and if it had initially been sent it would have been nice to have been alerted when setting the appointment up.

Fast forward through that chaos, when he was taken back the tvs playing were so loud I could barely think or hear anything the soft spoken hygienist was saying (all while still attempting to complete this new patient paperwork) I never heard her introduce herself, she barely engaged with my toddler to create a positive first trip to the dentist office. When the dentist came in she never introduced herself to me (that I could hear) and my son was crying the entire time with no attempt from either staff members to create a positive experience for him when he was clearly having a very hard time. Myself included! Overall, we are both traumatized from this visit and it was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a medical facility. Not to mention they did not address any of my concerns and barely spoke to me regarding my sons oral health.

While checking out (still trying to wrangle my toddler and complete this new patient paperwork, no one offered help or asked how everything was) customer service is huge for me and how you treat patients and kiddos says a lot about your practice. We will NOT be returning.

First time going last week, got greeted by Nina. She did a wonderful job Darlene and Roslyn was great. I would recommend everybody that have kids to go to this place !!!10 star if you ask me!!! I think I'm going to make this place a permanent spot!!😁😊
