Unhappy they couldnt help me. They say they extract, but only simple teeth with bad roots. They told me to go to my dentist and oral surgeon to pull healthy teeth. They should tell people in their advertising they are only dentists and due only simple extractions on rotten teeth. Very disappointing. Sincerely, Lisa 4-30-25

My experience with Affordable Dentures was absolutely horrible. I chose this company based on the information presented on their website, but nearly every promise turned out to be false or misleading. First let me state that I received an email before my appointment stating I had two appointments scheduled on the same day — one in the morning (8:30am) and one late in the afternoon (3pm). Naturally, this gave me the impression that I would be coming back that same day to pick up my dentures after having impressions taken in the morning. This wasn’t just an assumption — the website clearly states: “Our on-site laboratory will begin fabricating your denture device, including the option for 3-D printed dentures, to have it ready to pick up in the afternoon. ” Because of that email and the marketing materials I read, and because I had to confirm the appointment online, I walked into that office fully expecting to leave with teeth that afternoon. I had just undergone a full dental extraction two weeks prior and had already waited longer than I was comfortable with to finally get my dentures. Those two weeks without teeth left me feeling extremely self-conscious, embarrassed, and emotionally drained.

So when I was told at the end of my appointment that I would NOT be receiving dentures that day, but instead would need to return a week and a half later for another fitting and then come back again to actually receive my dentures — I completely broke down. To make matters worse, the nurse or dental assistant was extremely rude and did not know how to speak to someone at all. I felt like she totally enjoyed seeing how emotional, upset, and disappointed I was and had absolutely NO empathy at all! I had a full emotional breakdown that lasted for 10–12 hours. I was crying uncontrollably — and I haven’t had an emotional episode like that in over 20 years. I felt completely defeated, humiliated, and misled. The staff offered no compassion and made no effort to make it right. I was also made aware that despite the company’s supposed 100-day satisfaction guarantee, which says: “If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll address your concerns and make it right within the first 100 days – that’s our promise to you. ” If I wasn’t happy with the dentures when I received them or within that 100 day period they would NOT do anything to fix the issue unless it was a problem with the material itself (example would be that the denture cracked, or a tooth chipped.

) That promise meant nothing at the location I visited. They could have cared less if I was happy with my smile, or that the dentures weren’t causing me any discomfort. This experience has left me traumatized and distrustful. I chose Affordable Dentures because I thought I was going to receive affordable, same-day care — but instead I was left toothless, broken, and treated like my situation & I didn’t matter. I regret ever choosing this company and I hope my story helps others avoid going through the same nightmare.

Access and wait time was minimal and comfortable. Staff dental assistant and doctor Lee were very professional and accommodating. All questions were explained satisfactory. I was glad I came there. However, window staff were efficient but less friendly but not unpleasant.
