From the moment I called the York office, I was put at ease. The woman was so kind, and she verbalized compassion for my dental emergency. I received an appointment for the next day. The office manager welcomed me, and assured me they can help. I hot called to the back quickly. The dental hygienist sat in a chair next to me, explained everything.

I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The Dr. Came in and examined my entire mouth, and we devised a plan to fit my budget. Not only fixing my tooth with the issue, but other things I would like changed. She reassured me I wouldn't have to leave the office with an empty space once my tooth was removed. I FELT HEARD! While getting my molds made, a 2nd staff member came in to ensure everything fit correctly.

The entire time I was in the chair the staff was involving myself and another patient in their conversations, making us both feel welcome and at ease. The office manager came back with a print out and explained my dental benefits, and payment. I would recommend them again and again. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

The staff at Affordable Dentures & Implants in York, PA, were very professional, but also made me feel immediately comfortable. It was a very stressful time wondering if I was a candidate for the procedure I was interested in and if I was, would it be affordable for me to proceed? Again, the staff put me at ease and the dentist was wonderful! She went through the procedure with me and the office staff went through all the costs associated with the procedure.

The technician who did my xrays and got me settled while I waited to see the dentist was awesome as well! All said and done, this was a great first step in obtaining a new set of working teeth again! Was very happy that the Dentist decided not to pull my tooth because I had an injection previously that needed approval by my Doctor for the extraction and she made sure that was done so they rescheduled for the following week. Some where else they would of just completed the procedure and that could of created major issue.

Great people very knowledgeable. Will have all the work done there for my teeth very reasonable in price
