Would have loved the opportunity to have a cleaning done at this dentist. I suffer from insomnia and overslept this morning and missed my 8:40am appointment. When I called at 9:20am to let them know they told me they do not reschedule new patients that miss their first appointment. I've been waiting for this appointment for weeks. I haven't had a cleaning in years and don't have insurance so my plan was to pay out of pocket. Rather than having some sort of understanding for something happening outside of my control they just say "too bad" and I'm discarded as a patient completely. This is what our healthcare system looks like in America.

Zero compassion. Zero empathy. Zero understanding. Profit over people. You snooze you lose. Literally.

Each and every one of the Dental Assistants,Doctors and everyone that works in this office is 110 percent professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. Had scheduled appointment. Missed their call the day before my appointment. Their office was closed by the time I checked my phone. When I went in for my appointment I was told that they canceled it since they couldn't confirm it. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule it. Nope Will find another dentist. I lost work cause of this appointment. Adentis I also missed work
