This is an amazing practice! As a new patient, I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. I was a little nervous but the environment and staff put me at ease and made me feel welcome.

They were extremely thorough and helpful and I feel confident with the treatment plan they came up with! Everyone was very friendly and nice and funny. Only “complaint” is the appointment went longer than I expected but it was so worth it for the care I received!

The hygienists and the dentist are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like they do a great job and aren't pushing unnecessary products or procedures like some practices. They are also very patient and understanding with those who have dental fears. I am deducting two stars though because their scheduling processes are terrible. They've cancelled my appointments on the same day, I have twice shown up for appointments after receiving multiple text messages confirming my appointment only to discover that the office is closed , and they recently changed the time of my appointment without consulting me.

I only happened to notice that the time was different because the original scheduling text was the last message I had received. They make a big deal in their paperwork about how valuable their time is and how they expect their patients to be considerate and show up early for appointments, but they don't seem to be willing to extend that same consideration to their patients. I realize that the dentist doesn't control any of this as its managed either by Afinia or Delta Dental, whom ever the parent company is this week. At this point, I only stay with them because I like the treatment staff and I suspect that everywhere else is just as bad from a front office standpoint. [4/10/2025 edit] While I appreciate the response from the business asking me call them to discuss further, I don't see that conversation being productive.

I've spoken to the office each time these disruptions have taken place and the response is essentially to highlight that their time is more valuable than mine and that I just need to understand that these things happen. At this point, actions are more important than more words. If I can get thru a full year of appoints (A whopping TWO visits) without further scheduling incidents, I'm happy to amend my review.
