Female doctor is very rude and after reading others reviews is clearly comfortable insulting patients. Was asking questions and was told to “stop whining” and that I could leave all because I was seeking more information about the treatment I was receiving. Very disrespectful, won’t be returning ever again.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. Not only did I receive more problems with my teeth after going to them, but they WOULD NOT fix their mistake. I took my son to their office today, and was yelled at and degraded for not having a mask for him. The lady who took his temperature told me they can’t give my son a mask because they need them for themselves. Only for the lead female dentist to step in and say “they only provide for kids, not adults” which I figured and understood but clearly she didn’t understand that I was not asking for one for myself, but for my 8yr old son. After CALMLY AND RESPECTFULLY trying to further explain that, She then cut me off and told me to leave and soon after brought my son(who had on my mask so he COULD BE SEEN) to the door and said we could never come back.

Oh and slammed the door in our faces. The fact that they treated my child and I like that in front of my son, infuriated me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AGGARWAL DENTAL TO ANYONE WHO LIKES TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. They cause more problems with your teeth than actually fixing them. And it’s to keep your money. It’s to keep you coming back.

I understand that this is a business, but in order to have a great business, you have to treat your patients with respect and dignity. I’m so upset but I won’t cry in front of my son. Instead I’ll show him that there are better ways to handle people who try to belittle and disrespect you. You pray for them and turn the other cheek.

They almost OD me off medicine they gave me and told me I had to take I ask if they were sure I had to keep taking the pills before they pulled my tooth and the ones for after that and they told me yes!!! I ask to speak with the doctor in the office because 13 pills was a lot and I never like taking them. . but doctor didn't have time to answer my question and sent the assistant in telling me yes. I threw up over 20x plus and the doctors at Miami Valley Hospital didn't want to tell me that I was ODing. . I mean my stomach lining was coming out.

For the Most Part they are rude and nasty to people of color and people who speak up for themselves the most. And since when do the actual dentist that work on your mouth don't have time to talk to you right after to answer questions we have. . . . they just steeling people money.

. I probably didn't even need my tooth pulled. I would have stayed at Small Smiles at westown if I could have. I do not you recommend this dentist for anyone they need to be shut down save yourself and don't go there.
