They really take care of your teeth but the policy they have with not letting you come back if you miss appt. I don’t remember missing a appt. and I talked with someone else and they said the exact same thing so I don’t know if that’s the way they keep certain people from not coming back or what I am confused.

I started going here and than my husband needed some work done and he decided to be seen at this office as well. We was on 2 different plans as I had insurance coverage and he paid into "their" save money plan. They kept canceling my husband appointment and than left him a message about when he could come in. Well my husband left them a message about not being able to make that appointment and because they never checked the answering machine and called him back they put him in as a no show. So 1 year later I get an emergency and called them 2 hours before my appointment to cancel and because my husband had a no call no show 1 year before that they let me go so rude over the phone.
They took my husband's $200 for their plan a few days before and wouldn't refund my husband's money back. So we paid them for no service. My husband has called the office multiple times and is told Dr Lewis will call him back but never does. This office is not treating patients fair. They don't send out warning letters or never even sent a letter to my husband letting him go after they let me go.
Remind you we was not on same plan together. A medical office is to follow procedures cause patients have rights and this dental office do not follow them. They stand at front desk talking about patients so I always knew what was going on with someone else.

The Englewood & Clayton dental office has both mean Dentists and staff. One of the drs wanted to send me all the way to Columbus just to have a root canal done-I ended up finding an another local dentist to do it.
Then a a couple months later, the office mgr had the nerve to drop my family and I as patients from their sorry practice because my mother was in the hospital for a week and a half- Plus, their office looked like a small, dirty basement apartment !! I would NOT recommend this practice in the future ever again!!

I had an appointment at 3:30. At 4:05 I was told they were just cleaning the room in prep for me. They then proceeded to take two patients back. It is now 4:35 and I still am in the waiting room. Office closes in 20 minutes. Save yourself the headache and time, 0/10 do not recommend!
