My son has been going to the dentist here for 7 years and had no problem . The women doctor has always been sweet and friendly , then we had to make an appointment with the orthodontist and it is when things started to deteriorate. All the appointment we had , the assistant would do all the work and the doctor would only show up for 5 seconds with a total lack of interest. You can tell that he was rushing and his only goal was to be fast to see as many clients as possible and finish his day …. .

Because of the lack of effectiveness of the treatment and the lack of interest from the doctor, we decided to change office, and we made an appointment to remove his bite blocks. Not only they kept changing his appointment schedule ( sometimes even without telling you) but the doctor was unkind an has no patience through the process of removing the bite blocks . It’s really strange to work in Pediatric when you don’t have patience . My son was really scared , and it was taking longer to remove them … The doctor said he won’t be able to do it ! [ Excuse me ? If I paid you , you are going to do your job or change your Career , you were the one putting those bite blocks so yes you will remove them too ] but most of all you can’t except a 7 years old to be comfortable in a dentist office , I was surprised and really sad by the lack of compassion and gentleness . This doctor might have picked the wrong job.

Thank to God , those things were removed with the help of the assistant Miguel who was really nice and professional. The doctor left and didn’t even say goodbye or anything . I don’t like to write bad reviews but I feel compelled to help someone avoid the this place for orthodontist .

My son has been a patient at this clinic since he was a 6-month-old baby. Today he is about to turn 6 years old and he still goes to this clinic! I am very grateful for the excellent professionals who have always served us so well! They are careful, affectionate and make each visit a light and trauma-free moment! I have always observed the respect that the attendants have for my child when they always talk to him in advance about the procedure they are going to do on him, they are always very friendly and this brings calm and confidence, letting the child know that he is being listened to and not simply forced to do something you don't want.

Today we went once again for a routine appointment and I left there with my heart overflowing with happiness at seeing how well my son was treated, especially by assistant Xhenia. Thanks again! I will always recommend your work! ❤️

If I could give 6 stars I would. Hygienist Dongaonkar was delightful from start to finish with my 8 y/o. Pleasant, great bedside manner and most importantly gentle on the teeth!! Would recommend her, especially for a child’s first visit to the dentist.
