I am so disappointed in this place. I really had big hopes that this would be my new dentist office. Unfortunately, they failed in their customer service area. I didn't come on here to bash this place because at the end of the day, the dentist and his assistants were awesome! My gripe is with their front desk staff who accused me of basically lying. They quoted me one price and then tried to say they never said that price and instead of trying to apologize and say, " we are sorry for the misunderstanding but let's see where the lapse in communication failed.

" They kept insisting that they never said that. Then had the nerve to cancel all my appointments moving forward, stating that they don't appreciate being called a liar, when in fact they were calling me a liar. My husband had an appointment with them, he took off of work, missed a days pay, only for them to reach out an hour before his appointment to cancel because their hygienist called out, very unprofessional. This place received thousands of dollars from me, plus added my family to their office to give them more business and you would think they would treat me with a little more respect. Mind you, I made their whole office lunch one day because I am not a bad person.

All my services were paid in full. I wish things would have worked out because as I said earlier, the dentist and his assistants were pretty cool.

I had neglected my teeth for quite a while but a tooth infection forced me to finally get some treatment, and I am so happy I found Mill Plain Family Dental. After treating the infection they came up with a plan to help me fix some of the other problems that needed to be addressed. It has been an absolutely incredible experience so far. The people that work here are amazing.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why it needed to be done. I was really nervous about seeing a dentist but I'm glad I finally did. I'm feeling healthier and happier thanks to the fine folks at Mill Plain Family Dental.
