Had the worst experience this morning with Dr. Kim who was unprofessional and made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. We are usually at the Norwalk location ( which we absolutely love) but ended up having to go to the Stamford location because my child needed to be seen sooner than later. So they booked the appointment and told me it was fine to go there. However, the doctor was so rude to us.

We just needed to put a teeth spacer back in. We were shamed as of why it fell and was told it wasn’t an emergency and we should’ve waited for an appointment in Norwalk. I had explained that my child was uncomfortable and couldn’t eat on that side. Will make sure we never ever go to the Stamford location due to the doctor being so disrespectful to her patients. As for the other staff they are so welcoming and helpful! We hope you do better & if you’re having a bad day please don’t take it out on your PAYING patients and take the day off.

We deserve good care. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS.

Having a very difficult time getting this company to provide me with medical records. Taken 10+ phone calls and over a month and I still don’t have them. Finally had someone admit that they can’t find a record of us in the system and gave up.

I am Roofer in Stamford Roof Smart, home improvement & construction in Connecticut. I don’t really have. Have enough time either does my wife to really go online and look for the right things, but we prayed and came across this dentist for my one years old son and I have to say Dr. Kim was a very nice polite doctor.

Very gentle spoke very nice and handled the situation with my son the cleaning and everything was a 10. I highly recommend this dentistry for young couples or for young couples that don’t really know much about dentistry. It could be very hard to find a dentist for babies and teenagers nowadays thank you Dr. Kim
