I changed my review. Tia was a sweetheart. Kind of. I wish they’d stop contacting me. Refusing iv sedation to a patient who doesn’t have a driver is fine but that was traumatic and they didn’t care that I wasn’t numb yet.

Acted like I was in the wrong for reacting to pain, then said; “we’re going to try this again and if it doesn’t work, we’re gonna sedate you” as if it would’ve been a punishment or something. Oh okay you’re willing to break the law and sedate me because my pain is bothering you? Nah. Go somewhere that you’ll be treated like a person.

This was my first visit to Alliance Dental. The atmosphere was so welcoming aa soon as you walk through the door. The ladies at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly. My dental hygienist was so gentle from start to finish, she put me at ease without knowing she did. I would highly recommend Alliance Dental and I plan on making this my regular dentist office.

I took THREE hours of PDO today because I had a dental appointment with this dental group only to get here and find the office is closed 😡😤. I NEVER received a call saying office was closed but numerous text messages to confirm the last being at 1130am today 11/19/24 saying my appointment is starting soon at 130. It’s now 2pm NO ONE is here and according to the package left outside the door and notes from FedEx and UPS stating “sorry we missed you “ this office has been closed for a while. This my FIRST appointment and I choose this office because it was near my house and on my dental company website as in network.

I’m BAFFLED how this place has 4. 8 rating when they are making appointments for a closed practice. Needless to say you NEVER get a SECOND chance to make a FIRST impression.

Got a referral to go here to get my wisdom teeth pulled, 10/10 as far as the doctor and the pain. 3/10 as far as his staff definitely needs to work on there professionalism more.

One of the ladies there was telling me how her grandma died at the dining table off high blood pressure because my blood pressure was high while she was putting medicine in my IV and didn’t tell me once what she was putting in there until I asked. Other than that great experience lol!
