Major red flags, the dentist overprescribes. I came here for a cleaning a few months ago and was surprised with a treatment plan for 5 crowns after having no pain/issues and not being told from my previous dentist that those were in my future.
I recently got a second opinion from a recommended dentist and they disagreed with the treatment plan and didn’t think I needed any crowns in the near future.

Everyone I encountered in the office was courteous, friendly, and professional. They really took the time necessary to make things right – and as a new patient, they took the time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience! The office uses new technologies and incorporates them into patient care.

Edit: This dentist office is attempting to use this google review to revoke my husband's refund. This is illegal. Like so many other reviews on here, my husband and I had a terrible experience at this dental office. During our initial consult, they pushed a lot of unexpected, same-day procedures without preauthorization from insurance, which was a major red flag. They don’t do that I guess. They claimed I needed a deep cleaning for bone loss, supposedly covered by insurance, but later, insurance denied the claim, saying there was no evidence of bone loss. The dentist’s appeal argued that the bone loss was only visible in person and not on the x-ray, which made no sense and of course they denied the appeal. Now they’re trying to charge me nearly $600 for a cleaning I never would have agreed to without coverage. The billing has been a constant nightmare. Every time I’ve questioned charges, the office assistant, Danielle, has been incredibly rude and dismissive.
For example, she once overcharged my husband by $1,000, which I had to catch, and there have been multiple other discrepancies. Most recently, they tried to add a $465 balance after we’d already paid in full, including charges for an extra cavity that was never on the original estimate and medication we never received. When I tried to ask Danielle about the differences, she talked over me, yelled at me, slammed down a receipt, and refused to help until others in the office started watching, at which point she agreed to go line by line and we discovered many differences that she claimed did not exist before. Then she started contradicting herself, backtracking, and continuing to yell to the point where my husband came up and told her she needed to lower her voice and treat me with professionalism and respect. When we said we could no longer trust them, she removed us from the schedule. I then requested my husband’s night guard, which had been fitted and paid for but they were 3 weeks late on delivering it. Danielle refused to release it because of the magical new balance, and threatened to call security if we didn’t leave. Security eventually arrived, and after we spoke with the dentist, they agreed to refund the night guard they were using as collateral to cover the balance, but Danielle continued yelling at us, even telling me to “go away” as the doctor tried to resolve the situation. The only bright spot in this entire ordeal was Brandy at the front desk. She was patient, respectful, and genuinely tried to help despite the chaos around her.
She even apologized for the mistakes and took the time to explain things when Danielle wouldn’t. She was a rare positive in an otherwise terrible experience. To top it off, a few days later, I started getting calls from collections over my balance from the deep cleaning. I had just told the office I needed to speak with insurance first to see if they could file another appeal, but Danielle apparently ignored this and sent it to collections instead. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Do not trust this office with your care or your wallet. They’re worse than Aspen Dental, and THAT is saying something.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY OFFICE!! I came in believing that they were in network with my insurance and was verified that information on their website and via phone call. Come to find out they were not and paid about $300 for a simple visit! So of course I cancel my next visit why would I come back. Months later I am being told through the mail I owe even more money for this visit and if I don't pay it, gets sent to collection. So of course I contact them asking to explain and of course they cant - go figure.
Well I was never notified of this until the day I got the letter and come to find out was already sent to collections! No phone call, txt, email, they never tried to contact me. They are so shady and one of the front desk ladies is rude. The dental hygienist I had was very nice though. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS WRITTEN BY OTHERS
