Very hands on and explained everything they were going to do. I had my first molar extraction which was cracked and part of the tooth was dangling and required a stitch in order to cut remainder of tooth out! It was over in about 10 minutes. 👍 I highly recommend for all of your dental needs

Although I asked explicitly about getting a cleaning on the same day as an examination. The call center said I could, but when I got to the office that was not the case. I've lived in five states and I've never had it done this way. Additionally I asked if there would be a place to sign for transfer of records, they said it would be available in the paperwork and it was not. When I got to the office and found out I would have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning they were booked out for 8 months.

It does not make sense to me to take new clients if you cannot get them in for their first cleaning. When I checked out they had me pay for part of my exam that they knew was just a glitch in the system and reported they would reimburse me when they got paid. It took months and three phone calls to get reimbursed. The tech who cleaned my teeth was lovely, the dentist was nice too but the admin service was poor at best.

The staff (receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist) were kind and welcoming. Everything that was being done was explained to me. They ensured all my questions were answered. My appointment was at 11 and I was in the chair 2 minutes BEFORE 11!! Great overall experience (with good music playing in the background).

My family denial office no longer was in network, so for my cleaning I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. When I arrived I was told they did not receive my information from my family dental office, but for $150 they could take care of it. I refused and went to my old dentist to forward them the information. Another appointment was then set for my cleaning.

This time I was informed there hygienist was part time and not in the office, but wanted to take a look at my teeth. I was informed I have no cavities, but wanted to set up a plan of action? First a $700 night guard and several other services. I refused all service and left dissatisfied that two trips had no results. Then I received a bill? They wasted 2 days of my life, and want paid! Find a local dentist that cares about you, and not what they can squeeze out of you
