Fantastic experience! Had my tooth out in less than 15 seconds! Very friendly staff this is my 3rd extraction here and by far my best experience. I was in so much pain I should have had that tooth removed way sooner and so thankful that I was able to get it done here! Highly recommend! Will be back when my next tooth goes as they are all slowly deteriorating it runs in my family

Wow from the front desk Lady Abby to the surgeon & assistant & blood pressure guy, these people are AWESOME. NEVER had such an amazing team of people to work with. I had all of my teeth pulled & they made me so comfortable & gave me the pep talk. Best dentist I've been too, and I've been to a lot lol. Love these people 💜

The staff is great. Abby at the desk is always friendly, helpful, and very transparent. Which I love. Noah is the sweetest and always takes his time, and explaining details made me feel more at ease. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish it was always the same dentist.

This was my first time at the Frankfort location, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office. I had been in major pain since Sunday and originally had an appointment scheduled at the Lafayette location (which is just minutes from my home in Lafayette). When I got there, I was told my appointment was actually booked at the Indy location — and when I asked if there was any way they could help me, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. I left in tears, still in pain and completely defeated. Out of desperation, I called the Frankfort office — and thank goodness I did.

The woman who answered the phone was so kind, so understanding, and told me to come in right away. I was instantly relieved. When I arrived, the whole staff treated me with such care and compassion. Everyone was gentle, patient, and genuinely kind. The doctor was amazing and helped me feel calm throughout the process — even though I ended up needing a tooth pulled, they made it feel like no big deal.

I would drive the 30 minutes to Frankfort any day over dealing with the stress and lack of compassion at the Lafayette location. This team truly cares. I’m beyond grateful. THANK YOU FRANKFORT TEAM!!!!!
