Dr. Cinquemani and Leibowitz DDS are great doctors and guys. Unfortunately I will not be returning to the practice because their support staff is just awful. starting with the young girl that sits at the desk and answers the phone she has an attitude problem with a side of RBF. Next is who I believe to be the office manager she also has an attitude with me because I had to reschedule and then rescheduling would be outside of the dates of my approved letter from the insurance.

Aside from this, I believe that one of the doctors is using either his wife or his significant other to leave alone with patients and finish out task for their teeth, especially those that are receiving Medicaid or underpayment. I don’t think this is very ethical and it should be reported. .

Dr. Leibowitz is friendly & jokes around a lot. He's considerate when it comes to dental anxiety. The cons are that he was planning to perform a more invasive procedure than needed. Something that I was uneasy about and that I later told from another dentist, was unnecessary. As far as having a dental cleaning, it was the most painful I've ever experienced.

I've had gentler cleanings in other offices that were thorough and painless. The waiting room is very small and crowded. Patients wait standing in the waiting room and in the lobby/main entrance. Assistants are okay. Some seem uninterested in the patient's experience and more interested in co-worker interactions.
