This practice added a random $12 fee to my account their Concierge program. I was to click on a link to remove the charge. This seemed like a phishing scam. However, it was actually a real charge that was added to my account for no apparent reason. When I called the office to remove the charge, an alternative option according to the email, the office staff stated that corporate added the charge and the office couldn't remove it. Then they hung up on me. I called back. They hung up again. I called back and got another staff member who removed the charge. This is FRAUD. This company does fraud. DO NOT GO HERE.

Also, when I went to the dentist yesterday for my 6 month visit. I never got to see the dentist. The woman in front of me never saw the dentist either. Is there really a dentist there? Do they charge for a dental visit when no one ever sees a dentist? I did notice that people say the hygienist was nice. That is true. The only reason for a star. . . . DO NOT GO HERE.

The first time I went for a cleaning, it was great! I got a consult for Invisalign and everything. Then, I took some time away and come back a couple months later to get some fillings done and getting them to update my insurance took over a week of back-and-forth phone calls, and messages sent back and forth with someone who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Then scheduling my filling appointment was a nightmare dealing with this same person who went back and forth with me yet again about available times and kept switching it up AND sent me a reminder for the appointment time and date that was incorrect!! I wrote this off as a little chaotic and kind of shrugged it off.

BUT when I went in for my filling appointment, the dentist didn't even say hello or speak to me until he was drilling in my mouth to tell me to open wider. Very bad bedside manners and was not even focusing when he had a needle shoved in my gums. He was laughing and giggling with his staff who were also being very unprofessional and almost being condescending to them about how they do their jobs.

This will be the last time I step foot in this office.

The doctor is professional, nice team as well. Didn’t feel nothing during the whole root canal procedure. My wife got it before me and she recommend doing it there. I do as well.

I get my regular cleanings here with Barbara and she is the best hygienist I've ever been to. She makes you feel comfortable and gives kind and helpful feedback. It's a pleasure to be in her care.
