Bait and switched—-promised me caviar and gave sardines. I was told that she could fill two teeth and put a crown back on as well as smoothing some chips in the back of my front teeth. When I got there, she could not possibly fill the one tooth because it was too big it needed a $600 crown. She could not put the crown back on and she barely smoothed out my chips. But the biggest thing was the one tooth that was filled— I now have half of a tooth instead of filling just the hole while she completely sanded down the whole tooth to where now I have half of a tooth. The tooth isn’t even smooth.

It was not Dr. Shannon. I will not be returning here EVER!!! I fully asked for an estimate before hand! All four things came to $84 and she ended up doing two poorly and now I owe $92. (I have dental insurance which also paid 243. 40). Be warned when going here! On another review, they mentioned a snotty receptionist I second that!

I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live within an hour of this practice. They are the BEST! Kathy is my dental hygienist and she is truly a gem! I see her every 6 months and I’m always amazed at what she remembers and checks in with me about little things in life. Always pleasant and the best bedside manners I’ve ever witnessed in almost 40 years of life. She is great at her craft and is mindful about making your cleanings as comfortable as possible! Dr Shannon is amazing. She is the owner of the practice and is always on point. She remembers little things about my kiddos that I appreciate.

She is always positive and shows genuine appreciation for me as a client. She takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The office is always spotless and one of the most well kept practices I’ve ever visited. Love it and love the people! I never dread going to the dentist here.

She makes u feel comfortable, is very professional & provides you with detailed information in an effort to help u make an informed decision. The world would be a better place if it had more Dr. Shannon’s, and she somehow managed to employ the kindest staff I have ever met. Whether it be an early morning appointment, or late afternoon- every single person greets you with a smile a converses with such kind sincerity.

The greatest dental practice I have ever come across. Grateful to be a patient, and thankful for Dr. Shannon and her team!
