Vivian Ramos I'm very impressed with the courtesy of the staff at American Dental Center. With a very kind, nice & warm personality, X-ray Technician Jane, put my nerves at ease. {She didn't know that my nerves were a *little* frazzled. , my nerves were on 1,000%). When she was done with me, I was at great peace for the remainder of the visit. The receptionist were courteous. Most importantly, Doctor Paltac was receptive to hearing my concerns, which put my mind at further ease. He took patience in listening to my concerns.

I appreciate his explanation of my current condition & future order of procedures, scheduled to take place. Thanks to Mrs. JANE (X•Ray Tech) I was able to sit through the remainder of the visit. She calmed my nerves down to zero, without even knowing it. I'm so glad this place was recommended to me. I can sense that this is the place, where all of my dental issues will be resolved. I am now, eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

Let’s just start saying that I moved to another state and took a flight back to go to American Dental. The staff is wonderful, from the first faces you see when you sign in up to the end of your treatment. They are very professional and coordinated, always willing to do the best for you.

Better yet, the dentist really know what they are doing. It’s been years getting treated in this place and I’m happy to share that they never disappoint!

I waited for my doctor for one month to get my filing done. I decided to wait because he was going on vacation. On the day of my appointment I was given a different doctor without no explanation. Staff needs to communicate better, and allow patients to choose if they want another doctor to do their dental work. However, doctor was gentle and tooth fells good!
