First time having work done at the Smilist with Dr Gross as they are in network with my insurance. Had a root canal done today on a top molar tooth. I honestly didn’t feel ANYTHING, not even the “pinch” of the Novocain needle. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Staff were wonderful - so welcoming - it was my first visit. Great introductory deal! Michelle, the hygienist, was thorough and extremely helpful- it didn’t hurt a bit. Dr. Gross was terrific- also thorough and really went out of his way to “fix” a problem that I had been dealing with. He was so patient and sensitive.

I’ve used this practice before but today I had an emergency from last week that they took care of today. They were very caring understanding and helpful. I happen to take a medication that can cause you to bleed so they thought ahead and schedule me for a later date, even though I had a toothache, they gave me what I needed to stay out of pain until it was time to have it done a few days later The dentist did really well, and he was very patient and caring with his services.

He explained all through the procedure What was going on and I have to say I had to ask if the tooth were pulled when he was done because I didn’t feel a thing now it’s the evening and all the Novacaine has worn off and I’ve just taken two Tylenol on GP general principal because I wanna make sure I’m not feeling pain later but I’m doing well. My jaw is just a little sore this is to be expected and I’m rinsing with light salt water Behind each meal like soup or jello. Painless having a tooth pulled impossible, but it happened for me today.

Dr. Gross was thorough and very friendly. Heather the hygienist was amazing! The dentist is far from my favorite place to visit but they made the experience very tolerable. Thank you so much! I appreciate your attentiveness!
