I’ve been going to Dr. Shoumer since she’s opened her practice. I will not go anywhere else. They put my fears and anxiety to rest whenever I go in. Recently had a crown pop off. I saw Dr.

Khaira. She’s just as good as Dr. Shoumer and she put my fears to rest with her gentle work recementing my crown. She explained every step during the process to recement. Will never go anywhere else for dental care.

I had been a patient at this dental office for years without any major issues, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the dentist placed a crown on my tooth incorrectly, which led to severe decay underneath. This went unnoticed until my new dentist informed me that the tooth had rotted to the point of needing extraction and a costly implant. This was not only painful but also avoidable had the crown been properly placed in the first place. Second, the front office staff rescheduled my appointment without notifying me, moving it to an earlier time.

When I arrived at my originally scheduled time, they told me I was late and could not be seen. To make matters worse, they refused to acknowledge their mistake—even after I showed proof—and blamed me instead and told me that they understand if I want to find another dentist. Their only solution was to reschedule me for an appointment several weeks later, with no apology or attempt to make amends. What’s especially disappointing is that for years, my experiences there were positive, and my hygienist was always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, everything fell apart within a short period, leading to unnecessary pain, stress, and costly dental work.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and subpar dental work have left me deeply dissatisfied.
