This is going to be a lot to unload, but let me start out with this…it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I feel like the first red flag is that is almost seems that there is never anyone there from the outside, the second red flag was how uncomfortable I felt just from the waiting room, and the third red flag was that the hygienist wouldn’t allow my parent to come back with me. Besides all this, I started out this visit having a personal issue in the waiting room and they shared this information with EVERYONE. The hygienist that worked on my teeth was rough and extremely rude. I don’t mind sharing names seeing as other dentist offices tell their patients to be aware of her. Shelley was horrendous and even lied to my guardian. It was absolutely ridiculous how awful she was to me.

She even made a couple crude comments that were not her place to make. The environment was extremely outdated as well. It was inappropriate that they had a half naked picture of one of their kids sitting in the room as well. The most vital part of this horrendous visit was that they gave me inaccurate results. I went to another dentist a couple days later and they informed me that I was actually okay and just put a protective coating on my teeth. This dentist office was fully prepared to charge me over $1000 for a procedure I didn’t need. So if you care anything about you health…please do not go here.

This is also a friendly reminder that just because you are friends with someone, does NOT mean you should give them a job. I hope after the many complaints against Shelley in different reviews, that you reevaluate her and come to a better conclusion of her poor performance. If you need a good suggestion for a dentist office, I would highly highly recommend the Bowens. They are beyond professional and kind. They go above and beyond for you and your family, unlike this dentist office.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have never been to a better dentist in my 57 years. When I first starting going there, I was in bad shape because I had terrible , humiliating, experiences with a few other dentist. Dr Armstead saw how terrified I was and she took the time to actually talk to me and calm me down. She explains everything fully and throughly.

The office is always very clean and welcoming. Everyone and I mean everyone in that office is just as nice as can be and they do their jobs with care and compassion for their patients. I speak nothing but praise for everyone there. You will not find a better dental office than this one.

I’ve been going to Dr Angela Armstead about a year now . I had to find a dentist that would take my insurance since my place of employment changed insurance Co. I am so glad I found Dr Armstead. Her and her staff are wonderful.

My previous dentist were very good and I didn’t want to lose them but with my teeth , I needed insurance and I could not pay out of pocket. I was ashamed of my teeth growing up poor and no insurance my parents did the best that they could so now my teeth comes first and so does my dentist. Dr Armstead and her staff are #1 with me and they care , Thank you to Dr Armstead and your staff for making me feel comfortable and fixing my teeth 😁
