So many of these negative posts I've taken myself here and both of my daughters here and we've all loved it yes you are allowed to go back with your kids that is ridiculous for somebody to tell you you're not. Everyone is so friendly they might not have computers and it is a bit outdated but the work there is amazing

My daughter's boyfriend had several issues made an appointment so he could get a referral for an oral surgeon due to severe infections & pain. He said the Doctor was incredibly rude to him. After the appointment, I asked if he needed to go pick up a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor did not prescribe any! He sent him away with 4 tooth infections, with no antibiotics or pain meds. I've worked in dental for decades and am apalled.

This is gross negligence. My daughter's boyfriend was also paying in cash & payed up front. This is unacceptable & I will be pursuing the issue if someone decides to return my call. If not, I will be heading into the office.

This place need to be shut for asap- I went in for a routine cleaning and to get a referral for my wisdom teeth to get removed. The place was for one hard to find and than navigating the building that’s dark musty and smells like mold was harder than finding it. When I got to the exam room the doctor didn’t change his gloves- didn’t hand sanitize- already had the instruments laying out (not sanitary). He was obviously judging me and mocking me. He said I would have to get this specific tooth paste to help my fillings not break. And than wouldn’t fax over my referral to the surgeon. I had to take the paper copy and send it over myself. So I didn’t go back fast foward I’m trying to get my records to go to a different dentist I called at 3:30pm(they didn’t close till 5pm they said they weren’t in the office and that they had left early. ?? Like tf? What medical office leaves early? Than when I called the next day they said I’d have to come in to sign a release and they refused to do anything over fax or email.

They refused to send it to the new office. And when I was trying to talk to the doctor he yelled at me and hung up on me. Once there, they gave me the form I filled out when I first became a patient, the referral, and my X-ray. No health summary sheet of my appointment. No doctors note. Nothing. And the X-ray was a copy and wasn’t even able to be read properly. The receptionist said they can’t send the X-ray over because it’s a manual and physical machine. Apparently everything is paper? And they refused to give me the original.

The receptionist the first time was rude as ever. But she seemed a little more pleasant this time around. But still this place is outdated, rude, and not sanitary. -100/10 do not recommend Also DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE EITHER- they don’t allow parents in the back room with them. That’s is skechy. And not allowed.

Smells like urine and mold as soon as u enter the building, then navigating through the dark hallways was a pain. The dentist was very nonchalant and I had to actually tell him what I wanted done, he should have assessed the situation and told me what I need. He gave me a referral to get a tooth extracted and I had to take the paper and fax it myself which I’ve never had to do. Then on top of that, the referral didn’t have all the necessary info on it which resulted in me having to schedule ANOTHER appointment for him to rewrite my referral.

Only nice thing this office has going for them is the receptionist. Never going back after I get this referral.
