I’ve been going to this office for 30 years. After Dr Kelly retired, I continue to see Dr Scaramuzzo. I have been very pleased with the service. The previous reviewer that gave him a one star rating did so unfairly. She should have known what out of network coverage means. She knew this before the treatment and could/should have asked for pricing.

My previous dentist closed his business due to the serious illness. Therefore, I went to see this clinical for general cleaning. I know the new dentist is not in my insurance network, but I didn't realize what the exactly means it is not in network till I received the insurance reimbursement. I scheduled a general cleaning service.

The service I received was not much different from the general cleaning I received before, however, the money charged was much more, even worse, the insurance didn't cover at all. I think the dentist should let patients know what kinds of service patients will receive and how much will cost them to pay before the service. This place is only good for rich people.

From the front desk receptionist, to the Hygienists/assistants and Dr. Scaramuzzo, everyone here is great and does there best to make it a positive experience. I felt my previous dentist didn’t care much about the care of my teeth, they only cared about how much money they could get out of me and my insurance provider.

They will come up with a plan that works for you. Very happy I joined this office, and would recommend it to anyone.
