Not a big fan of dentists have had bad experiences in the past. Dr H is great he walks you through each step of what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. You can tell he has your interest as his top priority and it’s very reassuring. Thankfully I found them as my forever dentist because I can’t see myself going anywhere else

Most of us are afraid of going to the dentist right? Lol. I had such a great experience at this visit, probably the best experience at the dentist ever! Melissa the hygentist made me feel super comfortable and provided some new tips on flossing that I wasn’t aware of. Tanya the manager checked me in pleasantly at the front and Dr.

Mike was super friendly when examining my teeth. For an early Monday morning appointment everyone was great! I’m walking away feeling much better about my teeth today thanks to the staff!

I can’t say enough to share how amazing Lane & Associates treat their patients! Coming from their Durham office, I continue to receive the same amazing treatment I’ve come to expect. Today, my dental hygienist, Melissa, took phenomenal care of me! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hilarious!! The dentist isn't usually the place I love to go, but I have been to Lane & Assoc Family Dentistry 5 times now (3 cleanings, 1 visit for fillings, and another for two teeth extractions) and everyone has been great! The entire staff has always made me feel welcomed and I always end up chatting and interacting with them more than any other dentist I have been to. My wife and children also come here for cleaning and dental work and its always a pleasure. They always make my kids feel comfortable and communicate EVERYTHING they are doing, to adults as well. In the past I have had dentist with poor bedside manner and very little interaction.

But so far every dentist at Lane & Assoc. has been extremely personable, kind, and with great people skills. Thank you for making the dentist a pleasant visit and taking care of myself and my family.
