Dr. Sher does a great job of communicating on the dental work one needs done. Her explanations make it easy to understand. She does excellent dentistry work and her calm demeanor eases any anxiety one may have.

I’ve been a client of this practice for awhile, driving a hour each visit. But the experience that I’ve recently encountered was the worst. I came here for an emergency appointment due to my crown falling out. Upon my arrival that was a (YT) lady standing at the counting experiencing card issues …. “No problem, I’m not in a rush” after the lady was serviced it was my turn .

Upon me being helping by the visiting staff, there was another YT lady that walked immediately to the counter who was asked to step back because I was being helped. The lady responds “no worries take you time” and proceeds to stand there. 1st flag , then the same YT lady with card issues proceeds to come up front to the desk to check out and the staff tells her she’ll be with her in a few and to step back. This lady proceeds to look me up and down and continues to try and check out … And what happens? They check her out. Not to mention the Dr proceeds to tell me I have an unknown bill of $100+ dollars from May of 2024 that I NEVER KNEW ABOUT or received any type of correspondence for.

During the situation with the YT lady I proceed to say “things are different around here, there’s a bunch of entitlement that’s not being addressed” & the Dr proceeds to only say “did you figure out your payment or what we’re doing because we need to start the appointment”. I don’t like the way the Dr handled things or even the office staff, especially given this lady was a new customer, but that’s fine I will not be returning .

The staff is very kind and accommodating. I went into my appointment with a lot of anxiety because it had been awhile since seeing the dentist. From the girl scheduling my appointment over the phone to the hygienist cleaning my teeth, my nerves slowly decreased in their comforting environment.

My job can have a tough schedule to work around but the office really really tries to work with you to ensure you’re seen sooner rather than later. So incredibly grateful for their flexibility in scheduling because it isn’t always easy to keep appointments.
