Today I went to Applebay family dental clinic for the first time. I haven't been outside for a long time as I live in a nursing home. The staff had to work ON me in my wheelchair. From the moment I was wheeled in I felt peaceful and calm.

Everyone was wonderful! Dr. Thakar was so gentle and kind! I was so blessed to have chosen this Clinic, and I highly recommend Applebay Family Dental Clinic to everyone.

We have been with applebay dental for over 5 years now. All the staff is so friendly and my son always has no problem getting his teeth cleaned. As nervous as I am with going to the dentist. Kennedy our hygienist is absolutely amazing.

I had an outstanding experience at Applebay! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, and well-organized, making me feel comfortable right away. My appointment started ON time, and the dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle, explaining everything along the way. The dentist was equally fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my questions.

I have visited Apple Bay Dental many times with my three children and have always had a positive experience. The staff and dental hygienists have consistently been friendly and supportive. For previous cavity fillings, Dr. Ajay treated two of my children, including one who is very sensitive to dental procedures, and he managed them with great care and patience. However, today my 4-year-old son had a cavity filling for the first time,performed by Dr.

Omar, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My son was in visible pain and discomfort during the procedure, and when he began to cry, Dr. Omar seemed frustrated and remarked that it was his “bad luck” to have this patient. I found this response extremely unprofessional and insensitive, especially when dealing with young children who require more patience and empathy. Because of this experience, I will no longer feel comfortable bringing my children to Dr.

Omar. While I remain thankful for the excellent care provided by the rest of the team—especially Dr. Ajay—I hope the clinic takes feedback like this seriously to ensure every child receives compassionate care.
