Fantastic team at Dr Hansen’s! I needed an emergency root canal and they called me 30 minutes after getting my referral. They were so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I had a toothache. My dentist told me I needed two teeth root canalled and wanted me to wait 3 weeks to do them. Dr. Hanson took me in very quickly. After an examination she said only one had a cavity. The whole procedure wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. This was my first root canal. They had me in and out quick and easy. Great doctor, great work, great staff.

Every person at Dr Hanson's office is professional, kind, competent and helpful. I have had the unfortunate situation of 3 root canals on same tooth. . . not fun. Dr Hanson and her office worked very hard and diligently to do everything to make this tooth just right and it is.

I had kind of given up hope that this tooth would be all better, but I am gratefully surprised to have a normal feeling mouth and tooth. The first root canal was by a usual dentist and did not work out, the second was by Dr Hanson, but it seems that there were issues with how the filling was done after the root canal. The third time around for the same tooth, Dr Hanson redid the root canal, and then redid it again (I think there was a crack in the temporary filling, I can't exactly remember why that was needed), and then when final filling was needed, my own dentist was not able to do the filling the way Dr Hanson advised, so Dr Hanson completed this herself (thank you). She was patient through all of it, and at the end of the day, while I wish this wouldn't have had to be done 3 x, I am grateful to her and her staff for making my tooth all better. Prior to all of this I did have dental anxiety, but the way that Dr Hanson practiced was extremely gentle, careful, unrushed, and technically proficient, and towards the end I didn't really need any oral sedation before hand, and wouldn't have even described the process as difficult or awful. Crystal was also always caring and sweet on the phone.

And the assistant in the back was also great. Dr Hanson, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU to Crystal and other office staff. I really appreciate your hard work.
