Wow—what an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t help but notice the impressive wall full of plaques and achievements in the waiting area—and after receiving her care, I completely understood why. A few weeks ago, I was in excruciating pain from an infected tooth and, as a brand-new patient, this was the only office willing to see me as an emergency. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me like old friends, and Dr. Sonu immediately put me at ease with her positive attitude and clear explanations. She reassured me we’d get the infection under control, and I left that first visit confident enough to schedule my extraction once I was healed. Fast forward to yesterday—extraction day.

I actually arrived about ten minutes early and was seen almost immediately, which set the tone perfectly. Again, greeted like old friends by the receptionists with a huge smile. Dr. Sonu walked me through every step—before and during the procedure—and I could tell she sensed my anxiety. She even gave me a hug before we got started! She moved at my pace, paused whenever I needed a break, and checked in constantly to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Her assistant—whose name I didn’t catch, but who felt more like a caring mom—held my hand, put me at ease, and cracked jokes both before and after the procedure, giving off a warm, family-type vibe.

Even “The Principal” in billing was courteous and professional, making the whole process seamless. I’ll also note that they don’t take my insurance, so I paid out-of-pocket. No regrets—these rates were right in line with (or even better than) the big chain quotes I’d gotten before (nearly $200 less!). I’d happily travel farther or pay extra just to receive this level of genuine care and customer service. By far the best dentist visit—and probably one of the best customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

I cracked my tooth while in town visiting my parents. Dr. Sonu and the entire staff were great! The dentist was light to the tough and made me feel very comfortable.
