Terrible experience — dishonest, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. I contacted Dr. Nanda’s office to confirm two things in advance: that they accepted the Careington 500 discount plan and that I could book a root canal treatment appointment directly, not through a separate consultation visit. I was traveling over 140 miles round trip from the Philadelphia suburbs and made it very clear that I needed accurate information before committing. Both the receptionist and Dr.

Nanda herself, via email, confirmed that they accepted my plan and that I could schedule treatment directly. I even provided my plan information, referral, and x-rays to be 100% sure and cover my bases. On the day of the appointment, while I was only about 20 minutes from arriving, the receptionist called to say they don’t accept the plan after all (despite prior confirmation from both the receptionist and dentist) and would be happy to schedule a separate consultation out of pocket (it was discussed prior that this was not a consultation appointment). After I followed up by email to express my frustration, Dr. Nanda doubled down — denying facts that she had clearly confirmed in writing during her prior communication.

This part was unusual as the email and responses to my initial questions were straightforward with little room for misinterpretation. I really do want to give her the benefit of the doubt but cannot understand where there would be some form of miscommunication or misunderstanding. When a healthcare provider reverses their position, and denies their own written statements, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and trustworthiness. While frustrating, this lack of accountability are not qualities I want from somebody performing medical work on me.

Dr. Nana is such a VERY VERY kind and sincere dentist. As someone who has stayed away from the dentist for over a decade due to personal issues, I felt such a calmness and relief during and after visiting her office.

Her professionalism is out of this world and her aura is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone to visit her practice for your dental care, she listens too and truly cares about her patients!!

The staff made me feel at ease, and the office itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this dentist! I’ve been coming here for 3+ years now. They remember their patients and so friendly. They really care about your teeth and overall health and are very helpful! The dentist even does the cleaning as well, which at most places it is an assistant. Always a pleasure to come here!
