Arrived at 2:40 for my 3pm appointment that I just made on Wednesday 7/17, door is locked so I call and say I’m here for my 3pm appointment and the lady on the phone says “Oh what’s your name?” I say Jessica and she goes “Oh the Dr had an emergency, we tried to call you” NO ONE TRIED TO CALL ME AT ALL, no missed calls, no voicemail NOTHING. So the staff at your office is a bunch of liars. I’m a new patient so I know she had the correct phone number because I literally just verified it on Wednesday when I made the appointment.

Thank you for wasting my time by allowing me to leave work early and drive all the way to your office for no one to be there. And then have the indecency to lie to me by saying they tried to call.

Great experience went in for an emergency I was able to get a same day appointment and have the work done same day. Dina and Dr.Belfer were professional and efficent. The hygienist Nichole was friendly and did a great job as well. I would highly recommend Thank You to the lovely team here!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Revolving door of dentists here. I was a patient here unfortunately for over 5 years. The fourth new dentist I had messed up my tooth so bad, my bite was never the same, I kept feeling it hit early when I bit, but she said there was nothing more she could do; and she didn’t even match the correct color for the crown!! (Embarrassing!) I had to go back to my old dentist for him to fix it w so much pain, and wound up needing a root canal that I hadda pay out of pocket for. And then months later my body rejected that root canal, so I have to go to an endodontist for another root canal. And they will have to use the same wrong-colored crown when done.

Ugh ugh ugh. Oh and I almost forgot, this was all after the third Dentist missed the cavity on my x-ray, and it wasn’t detected until a year later, when the fourth dentist looked at my previous x-ray and noticed the dark spot. So that cavity could’ve been fixed a year prior, but their “Dentist” never saw it. Unlucky me. And then I wound up needing a root canal on that tooth.

I wish I could report them or something, but I don’t even know where to start. I’m just so angry.

I didn't have much option to use this place being they take medicaid and that's what I have. Been too many years since I've had regular dental work done and initially needed a root canal and since so many doctors and all don't want to accept medicaid I couldn't ask for much more. First off the hrs here listed are wrong. Most of the time a call center answers because they have multiple locations. I think the office manager and maybe 1 dentist looks like they are ft staff but I could be wrong.

The office manager Andrea and the dentist I believe Dr Suda was her name were great. They were very thorough working with the insurance and laid out what needed to be done and when. I had questions as we went along and they made sure I never wasn't aware of anything they were about to do. The rest of the staff does seem to interchange and I'm not sure why but had 0 effect on my experience and would recommend them to anyone. They have patience I could never dream of having
