Best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The Doc was straight forward with what treatment i need which i appreciate. Stephanie was kind hearted and made me feel like i was in good hands.

The office staff was amazing especially Taylor. She was funny and very informative, she also made sure i understood everything i needed to know about my visit and future visits. I will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs. Arnold Dental… 11 outa 10

If you are looking for a new dentist and are expecting a cleaning on your first appointment you won't get one. Instead they will take a whole mouth x-rays and hit you with a huge estimate. Kinda disappointing because when I called I was expecting to get my teeth cleaned. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Once they take all of the X-rays; that's when the sticker shock comes, this kills people who have severe dental anxiety like myself.

Dr Seth Gladson was very knowledgeable but treated me like somewhat of a burden. Didn't smile, didn't introduce himself, all he did was sit down, perform an exam after his hygienist did all the work and told me all about the expensive dental work I needed before leaving, didn't ask if I had any questions or even let me grasp the concept of what he told me, just got up pulled off his gloves and walked away. I find this behavior strange seeing all the previous dentists I have had are attentive and understanding seeing as how much we pay them. The only reason why I had to switch dentists is because my old dentist will not accept my insurance from my new job. Four Stars for the office staff.

I am debating if I should return again for my teeth work or get it done at a different office. Edit: I ended up getting a root canal done on the tooth they were able to see in the X-ray at a different facility that was way cheaper then what they hit me with. I highly recommend getting another dental providers option before paying for the expense dental plan they come up with

My dental hygienist was excellent! The doctor is great, too. They are fast and caring. Lots of tips and advice for any problem I’m having with my teeth.
