My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Le and Dr. Huynh-Vo since they took over Dr Mason's practice years ago. We are completely happy and grateful for their professional, excellent and caring expertise. Dr Le explains and shows me what is happening via pictures he takes right then. I trust him completely The whole staff is helpful and friendly.

My hygenist Georgina is the best in Ontario I believe. Due to aging teeth I am in their office fairly frequently and they treat me wonderfully well every time. I highly recommend them to my friends , family and anyone who asks. It is worth the drive to Elmira from Waterlo.

My wife and kids have been going to this dentist since they took over practice and they should have left years ago due to ongoing issues. The latest one was the straw that broke the camels back. My wife chipped an existing filling and went in to have it assessed before deciding what to do as she was not having any pain. Without even looking in her mouth at the tooth the dentist was preparing the freezing to do whatever he wanted as no discussion occurred. When my wife protested he told her “he would decide what was going to happen as he was the dentist” and I assume the professional and decision maker.

This was one of the three things he did to be disrespectful and rude to my wife during this one visit. Needless to say they now have lost three patients from this last incident. You may think you know what is best for your patients but circumstances (like no dental coverage) mean than you need to discuss options before you move forward with any procedures. Wife and two daughters will not be back Further to the response from Dr Vo here is what actually happened. Dr Lee at no time looked at the damaged tooth in my wife’s mouth and she did not decline having a photo taken as this was never offered.

The entire time my wife was in the dentist chair in the reclined position Dr Lee was standing behind her. My wife was trying to explain her concerns about her tooth when Dr Lee said “ I will not let you dictate what is going to be done today because you are not the dentist I am”. It was clear that Dr Lee had already decided what work was going to happen that day without any discussion or input from my wife.
