Elmira Family Dental, a team of kind, efficient, and professional folks who truly care about their clients. My appointment with Dr. Shugg and his assistant Shannon this morning was by far the best experience I have had at a dental practice. With an emphasis on educating their clients, and helping to create and support long term dental habits, I left the office feeling confident and set up for success.

I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shugg if you are someone who experiences any anxiety around dental or medical procedures.

I can't speaking highly enough about my experience at this dental office! As a retired assistant of 10 years I absolutely loved attending Elmira family dental! From the front staff to the hygienists and of course the amazing Dr Shugg, I was treated with respect I was given all the information I needed and the dentistry and that hygienist cleanings were absolutely amazing! Dr.

Shugg took the time to hear me hear my concerns and has on multiple occasions got me in at the last minute to help me with my emergency dental needs! I would highly recommend this office and Dr Shugg for your dental needs😊
