I love Dr. Ashby and Staff. I'm in my 2nd year of Invisalign, and my son did 24 months with traditional Braces. Locations are all super convenient and easily accessible from interstates. The best thing is you're in and out and on your way. I never have to wait to be seen! These things are so important for my busy life.

The office space and treatment areas are a beautiful, clean environment. Thanks, team. I recommend you all the time! They do take tricare and ask about military specials. As an active duty family, we appreciate this as well.

My retainer kept breaking and they charged me $150+ every time to fix it. The quality of their products have declined over the years. Also, the office manager is rude as very rude.

The best orthodontic staff in Virginia. The staff at Ashby is a testament to the caring and dedication expressed from Dr. Ashby. I had a longer treatment plan and was never worried about my dental outcome. Over the years, the Ashby staff has come to be almost a second family. I came in for Invisalign as an adult after having Braces and a retainer as a young teenager. Dr. Ashby was my orthodontist then. I wish I had kept wearing my retainer! But coming in years later I still received the best level of personable care as I did back then.

The process was simple, the decorative atmosphere was pleasant and inviting and unlike a sterile dental practice, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Thanks Dr. Ashby and staff for a great experience so far!
