CRAZY BRAY

This place is amazing! The staff are extra caring, patient, and nice all around. Dr Ashcraft pit braces on my oldest boy and made his teeth perfect. This was a great experience. I would recommend him to my family and anyone I know. Thank you so much for all you have done for my sons smile. ☺

My son didn't need braces because of crooked teeth. He needed them because his canine teeth never came in. Still should have been an easy process. But the one canine was laying sideways and the root on the tooth next to it was hooked. Dr. Ashcraft figured out a way to move the tooth next to the canine and get the canine tooth down.

We didn't have to have root canals or pull teeth or do implants. My son now has both of his original canines and his teeth look great!! Then office is always kind and worked with me on payments and missed payments. I would dedinitely recommend Dr. Ashcraft.

This is actually for Darin Ashcraft but he doesn't seem to have his own review page (and 10 is 10). Having been through "old school - bands & railroad track" braces some 40 years ago, this second go-round was a much better experience. The technology & techniques have certainly changed but Darin and his staff have not forgotten that their business deals with people first. As an adult, I appreciate the speed and hassle-free appointments.

More importantly, they manage to make the visits fun. When our youngest son was recommended for braces, we didn't hesitate to ask Darin to take him on as a patient.

My bottom permanent retainer broke last night and my gums were beginning to tingle from it. Since this is my first year living in Indianapolis, I do not have all of my healthcare providers switched yet. I would have had to wait a week to get the retainer replaced if I tried going to where my former orthodontist is located. Luckily, I was connected with Dr. Ashcraft and was able to come in today to get it replaced. Dr.

Ashcraft and his staff were absolutely wonderful! I don't think I've ever had as much of a pleasant experience at an orthodontist office as I did here today! They were so kind, funny, personable, and knowledgeable. They were even patient with my many questions asked when deciding between a removable retainer vs. another permanent retainer. Thank you so much Dr. Ashcraft and staff! You all were truly a blessing today!
