I went to this place and was told that I have a cavity and it needs to be fixed. . ok not denying that I scheduled the appointment. That day came and I went in to the office . . the dentist numbed me up and began to drill and drill and drill some more and all along pushing harder and harder and harder it was to the point it was uncomfortable. Well about this time I see the dentist kinda shake his head like that there is a problem. So I ask is there a issue. He says yes I can't fix this this need to be pulled.

. so I said ok and he said I am going to send u to the oral surgeon to have it done. . at this point he leavestge room the nurse or whatever comes in and say well here is your referral call us if u need us between now and when you go to the oral surgeon. . . And they send me out door . I have half drilled teeth that were left open not filled and I can't get an appointment to get it removed for 3 months. So I got to go 3 months with this half drilled tooth to hat picks up food and what ever I eat in it.

This is so painfull. But do they care no they are a quack and noone should ever have to go thru this but I did should have known that this would happen here should have done my homework before I went here but I didn't and I paid the price. . SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING FOR A DENTIST DONT GO HERE DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE NEVER. . DONT EVEN TAKE YOUR PET HERE THEY DESERVE BETTER. . 100% BAD NOTHING GOOD BUT THE REFERAL TO GO ELSEWHERE

Office staff was friendly and professional. They took me in for my appointment on time with minimal wait time. This was my first visit and I thought Dr. Wu was great. 😊

06/17/25 Tuesday: I always love coming to see Doctor Jim Lu and his team! Today was a consultation prior to getting dentures made. Doctor Lu referred me to specialist for a 2nd opinion and for the procedure if need be. Doctor Lu always puts my best interest first and I believe he would do the same for you! His team members were excellent, as usual! His office is extremely clean, sanitized and organized from POINT A to POINT Z! Always smells great, too! And I always feel welcomed from the time I open their door to when I leave his office! I highly recommend him and his Team! *** Below is my personal review on my very first appointment, tho I can’t remember the date! When I pulled up Google Reviews (to enter today’s review) THERE IT WAS, just sitting there! I must’ve failed to hit the POST Button! No, I have seen Dr. Lu 3 times since my first visit, my review on his practice is the same.

Excellent!I So I’m including it today! Here it is: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Date: 2022 This was my 1st visit at Asheboro Family Dentistry with Doctor Jim Lu, DDS. My experience with scheduling my appointment, receptionist, dental assistant, and the Dr. Jim Lu himself, was excellent! 👏 Dr. Lu is a great listener and explain things in terms I can understand.

The office was extremely clean, and the office smells as such! 😊 Not only did the Dr. Lu address my dental needs, he also explained how some of my medications and/or diagnoses could be linked to my dental condition! NOW that is what I call going the distance to care for his patients! ✅ I highly recommend them to my family, friends and to anyone who needs a thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind dentist!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Lou is the only dentist I trust. I have had many bad dental experiences every since I was young I am now 34 with alot of dental issues and thanks to Dr Lou I am finally getting stuff fixed! An added plus Dr Lou's nurses are just as kind and understanding and he is!
