I needed a new dentist after recently moving to Charleston. I was incredibly blessed having found this office. For one I was mistaken on the time of my appointment (completely my fault they sent plenty of reminders) and I was called 10 minutes past my appointment time and they still made time for me to come in. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Easily my best experience with a dental office.
The receptionist went way out of her way to be helpful and accommodating and was so kind when I came in. Patty and Amanda were amazing. They were so nice, we had great conversations and made me feel comfortable, welcome, and explained everything they were doing. X-rays were taken and teeth were cleaned efficiently and painlessly. Lastly, Dr.
Turner was a pleasure. He was also very kind and really took time to explain the issues, and potential issues, that he saw and thoroughly explained my options and his recommendations. I was blown away by how great this office and its staff were. Thank you all so much.

I wish I had found Dr. Bueschgen years ago! The practice is very new and modern, and the people are great to deal with. My hygienist (Amy) did a great job! Unlike many people, In my 65 years I have always gagged very badly during full mouth x-rays and she worked very quickly to make it as painless as possible for me. She also did a great job on the cleaning.
Dr. Bueschgen patiently answered all of my questions regarding my teeth. I felt valued as a patient! Great Job!

I walked in 10min before my appt, filled out the paperwork, and was called in either right at, or a few min before my actual appt start time!!! When does that EVER happen anymore?!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the office and all technology was beautiful, and clearly top of the line. Victoria, my hygienist, was super amazing, checking in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, feeling no pain, and okay. It was incredible.
Dr. Turner was super friendly and easy to talk to, showed me my X-rays and what we are going to keep an eye on, and even fixed a tooth that had been giving me grief for MONTHS, w a simple, 60 second fix! I can eat crunchy foods on that side of my mouth again!!!! 10/10, highly recommend this office! Thank you to everybody who helped me to feel so well cared for and safe! My teeth are glistening and feel cleaner than ever. 🤩
