I was refused service because I didn’t want my teeth pulled. I made an appointment for my partial to be adjusted. After telling the dentist I got them in Bahrain. She said that they did not have the type of material.so I asked could they make me new ones she said no because I didn’t wast the treatment plan she prescribed. Poor customer service on her part. The hygienist was great.

Hard to judge with an n of 1 but I think this place hires "dentists" that are not the most knowledgable nor the best at their craft. After dealing with a chronic tooth issue and having a root canal I moved and was told that my issues were bite force related and had a crown remolded and my pain immediately went away and stayed away. My new dentist even said I probably did not need the original root canal. The Aspen office I went to was very cagey with my dental records too and a receptionist told me they do not give records to patients. .

. Luckily someone else corrected her after I pushed back a bit but I would not go to this place at all. Giving them 2 stars because at least they were nice but I would not trust them with my teeth or the teeth of anyone i care about.

I had an appointment yesterday to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. My appointment was at 1pm and I was finished by 2pm. They got me in and out and the procedure was painless.

It felt like I wasn’t in there long but I do feel like they took their time to make sure I was comfortable. It’s the next day, I followed all directions given to me and I still haven’t felt not an ounce of pain. They are amazing!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tucker and her staff. It was an amazingly clean office and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Tucker's staff was kind and professional. The front desk technician greeted me with a warm smile and helped me almost immediately. The staff was very welcoming and professional by introducing themselves with a smile. I felt well taken care. The xray tech. was nice and efficient. Dr.

Tucker did a thorough examination and was upfront about my treatment plan and the costs involved. I have NEVER had a hygienist that was so knowledgeable and precise. She explained things I had never heard of before. I felt empowered and equipped to take care of my beautifully cleaned teeth. This is a true testament to their dedication. I can't wait to go back for the 5 star treatment. Amazing job, Dr. Tucker and her team!!!! I'm not sure why anyone would complain with this type of old school treatment. This office knows how to take care of their patients.
