I recently visited Aspen Dental as a new patient and had an exceptional experience so I felt compelled to write a review. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff treated me with courtesy and respect, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was able to get an appointment right away, which was a huge relief. A special shoutout to Dashai for her excellent customer service. She took the time to thoroughly explain the charges and payment options, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Her professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out. The dentist was equally impressive—taking the time to listen to my concerns and carefully walk me through the available options to address an issue with one of my teeth. I felt heard and confident in the care plan moving forward. The same can be said for the hygienist who did my deep cleaning. She was remarkable and I felt like she took her time and didn't rush through the procedure.

The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, especially the "green room" waiting area, which added a calming touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for great service and compassionate care. This team truly goes above and beyond!

My appointment started on time . I started with X-rays which went smoothly followed by Hygienist which she explain Things simply to where I could understand them. Followed by the dentist. They came up with a plan to address all my needs and give me a beautiful smile, which I am aiming for my journey starts on Monday, 7 April will continue my review afterwards.

My 93 year old Father and my self have been coming to Aspen Dental since both of us needed replacement dentures. I have to say the office staff, was cordial as usual. Today, however, has been the most rewarding visit. The Dental hygienist -Kadine was absolutely Amazing! She was patient and actually listened to my father and myself and the adjustments to both of our dentures she performed was perfect.

She was so efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and again, so patient. Maxine has restored our faith in Aspen Dental. Aspen Dental has a gem in Kadine.
