You have to do something about their office staff. I requested to get some X-Rays images they've taken before because I wanted to visit another dentist. The lady that took my call (someone from their Charlottesville office, not from their phone central) said I had to go in person because the files were too big to share them online. I went there before their lunch time finished to get it over with early. Not only did I had to wait 45 minutes past their lunch time for someone to see my request, but, to my surprise, the file size was 2 MEGABYTES.

To give anyone an idea, that's a size that can be shared easily by email or any other media. The fact that this lady blatantly lied about something that simple, specially after it was snowing all night the day before and that I had to walk home that day (1 hour walk) definitely justifies the low reviews they get. I went there because I saw some recent comments suggesting they had improved their service. That was wrong. If someone is reading this, you probably know who that lady was, given her attitude and disservice.

I would have given one star if it weren't for the great support I got from one of their radiologists, who took my X-rays some days before with care and patience. She recognized me waiting for my files and made sure someone came to help. Kudos to her.

one star because I have to! I was first told about financing that ended up dropping my loan because the office in Charlottesville rescheduled me several times and I was never told about a deadline for the work. The new office manager realized this and tried to make things right. I was called and offered free partial and crown because this wasn’t my fault and they knew that. Now only to be in collections because their office clearly don’t know how to maintain anything correctly.

To make matters worse, the crown is some lousy work. Do not go here. I truly FEEL like they run scams with the loan companies and office share a cut. Don’t go here if you dont want a bunch on stress

I had a wonderful experience with becoming a new patient at Aspen Dental today on Emmett. My nurse Gracie and Mr. R.J were so amazing. Like guardian angels filled with so much warmth and understanding. I can not thank you both enough for all your help! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! : )

The service and hospitality was good and efficient. I went in dire need of an extraction, but if the oral surgeon only comes once a month what good is that. I also didn’t care for being told the surgeon comes within the first two weeks of the month, but they wanted to schedule me at the end of August.
