Terrible billing experience!!! Beware!! My daughter was scheduled for a regular cleaning and all insurance info was submitted prior to that. In addition to the routine cleaning X-rays they performed the intraoral comprehensive series which our insurance covers only every 5years. They did not bother to check with insurance to see when it was performed last before doing it.

Neither did they check with the previous dental provider. The Xray was done in Jan 2024 by our previous dental provider and so our insurance would not cover the amount since it’s been only one year. So now we receive a bill for $178 from Dr.

Duong’s office! How would we be responsible for their negligence?? We as patients, don’t keep track of dental cleaning X-rays…. It’s the doctor’s office responsibility to check with the insurance for special X-rays like that!! My daughter and I tried explaining this to Katie that it’s not our responsibility to pay if they didn’t do what they were supposed to do…. but all she insisted was to come up with a payment plan!! I went ahead and paid the full amount and discontinued their dental service for the future!! So please… please… make sure u question them even before a simple dental cleaning so that you don’t end up paying like my daughter and me!! Very bad experience!! Would never recommend them to anyone!!

Diffently reccomend this practice. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Duong always explains everything so we understand, greets you with a smile and if you do have work on your teeth, he checks on you, too!
