I was warned that they often cancel appointments. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled my first appointment only for them to send a message about needing to reschedule. I almost gave up there but decided to give them another chance.

They just sent a message asking to reschedule again. They might be amazing dentists but I'll never know since they can't seem to keep an appointment.

This place claims to be transparent about billing, but it is not. I've been twice and will not return nor will I recommend. The first time they told me insurance covered everything, only to later bill me an owed amount. The second time I was told the codes had been put it wrong so I'd owe more. Further, I was supposed to have two things done and was in a room an hour before they did only one of them. When I asked about the other thing, they said no actually they couldn't do it thar day.

They could have been doing the other thing while I was waiting. Also the first time I went through took a million xrays and that makes me super uncomfortable. I was about to say she's going to have to stop. They sent an email after my second visit and asked for a review and to use their direct contact if I was unsatisfied. It was far too short a time before I received another email saying they'd recorded my response, obviously an automatic reply. I doubt any real person reads those reviews.

The office staff were nice the first time but not the second. I get the impression they have no idea what's going on and are only there to receive money. It's been extremely difficult to get through on the phone line too.

don’t waste your time here. terrible place. went to get a consult for my wisdom teeth, and they said they’d contact my insurance company and get back to me. well, weeks go by and no one ever reached out to me. so i tried calling about 6 times and each time, i got an automated message saying they can’t pick up my call, so i left a voicemail.

however, that accomplished nothing. so when i switched to a different dental office, they requested that aspen send over my x-rays. so i went into aspen’s office, signed the form, and was told the x-rays would be sent over in 2 days. well, low and behold, they never got sent over!!! this place does not care about your wellbeing, they just want your money.

At first, there was difficulty with setting up an appointment but the staff worked hard to get me in. Dr. Williams was definitely good to work with. He numbed my mouth up better than Linkin Park singing their song " Numb".

The assistants Amanda and everyone was definitely professional. They gave me great post op instructions. Like Bobby Brown said Every little step , well the service at Aspen dental was there for me.
