I wish I would have went with my instincts on this place. However, I wanted to get into a dental office quickly. I now know that quick does not always mean good service! Don’t expect the staff here to care about your time. They will call you back; the Dentist will get started on you, then make you wait while they work on another patient. A service that would normally take a half an hour will end up taking well over an hour. They will try to sell you those invisible braces and add it to your plan right away. Also, check those hidden fees.

They tried adding an electric toothbrush and some other stuff to my plan. I was never asked if I wanted any of those. This place is also expensive, or maybe it just seems that way because they over charge people with insurance. Additionally, the dentist is very rude. If you question anything he does, he will snap back at you with an attitude. Most of the other staff there were nice.

Dr. Mot and his team are great and really friendly. I came in for a filling since mine broke and was giving me pain. He took x rays, explained everything to me, and then did the filling the same day. No pain or anything. His whole team is really nice and seem caring. I'm glad I came.

Called multiple times regarding a bill from 2023(mind you, it’s 2025 now) that I was just now notified via debt collection. I had absolutely no idea it was outstanding. Nor was I notified by Aspen. Spoke with my insurance, Aspens corporate billing department, and the debt agency and they were all helpful, but trying to speak with this specific location and their in house management team is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not to mention the procedure I went in for FAILED and it had to be corrected by a different Dentist.

They will say someone will call you back, but expect to never receive one. If you have the option to go somewhere else I highly recommend doing so. This place is the “bargain outlet store” of dentists office and it’s not even a bargain. Biggest waste of $1000+.

Went in to have a tooth pulled, they were prompt on taking me back and getting me started. Never felt anything the Dentist did. Was in and out in a very timely manner. Staff was very courteous.
