I needed to have 2 teeth extracted. Neither looked surgical. One end up being surgical. My face is still bruised 6 days later on the surgical side. The Dental assistant was amazing and everyone was friendly. They didn't push you on anything. Everything was up to me except the surgical removal which was already in progress and cost $124 extra.

Had a tooth bothering me called them they told me to be there at 7:40 am and they would get me in. Got there and they got me right in made a plan, had to wait 1 day as there was a infection. Returned back the following day with a appointment at 2:30 and was done by 2:45 tooth gone. So moral to the story fast service and I felt like they went above and beyond for my care

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I absolutely had to take a moment to recognize Bobbie at Aspen Dental. She is hands-down the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever encountered in a dental office or any medical office, for that matter. From the moment I walked in, Bobbie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about each patient, not just as a name on a chart, but as a person. She listened patiently, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and treated me with kindness and empathy that’s honestly rare to find these days. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how effortlessly she balanced professionalism with warmth.

Whether she was explaining a procedure or just offering a few encouraging words to me, she did it with such sincerity that it completely changed my dental experience. Bobbie made a nerve-wracking visit feel like I was in the best hands possible. She talked Dr. Cost completely up and assured me he was the best/talented doctor I could possibly have for such big procedure. She was RIGHT! WOW he was kind, quick, gently and made it easy. Aspen Dental is incredibly lucky to have someone like Bobbie on their team.

If every office had someone like her, the world would be a much kinder place. Thank you, Bobbie you truly are the heart of that office from my eyes, and your compassion doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly, highly recommend seeing her if you get the chance. She’s a gem! Also Kuddos to Josh the office manager. He went above and beyond for myself and my wife from day 1. James-
