I went in not knowing what to expect. These ladies, every one of them from Faith at reception to Karla in finance, they were awesome and gave me a wonderful experience. The Dental assistant, dental hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing and I can't wait to get back in here and get my mouth in the place it deserves to be. Finally have been able to go to the dentist after getting insurance through a new job and Katina was my hygienist and was awesome! So helpful and explained everything throughout the treatment. Shanya was also helping and doing X-rays and way just so kind a friendly face to see first thing in the morning.

Everyone was super helpful and patient, even when setting up my payment plan for more of the heavier work I have to get done just genuinely can’t recommend this place enough!!!

SCAM - This is the final straw! They charged me $200 for the “Free Toothbrush” after MISDIAGNOSING my cracked tooth I *told* them was cracked and insurance didn’t cover $1000+ AFTER I paid them $3000+ for a Root Canal that became an extraction. It is filthy, look at the nasty trash can in their bathroom. I would give negative stars.

The extraction was a nightmare, they had two 85lb dentists who couldn’t hold me down enough to get the tooth out without trying for several minutes longer and I writhed in pain. They sent me several miles out of my way to Lincolnton for 2 cleanings for prep for a root canal and my insurance wouldn’t cover because I didn’t get a root canal because of their misdiagnosis.
