I always have problems here unless I’m just in for a cleaning. I absolutely love their hygienist but their dentists are horrible, so are a few of the people answering the phones! Called last October right after insurance approved their treatment plan to make an appointment. “We’re booked 4 months out, why don’t you call back tomorrow around 11 to see if there are any cancellations?” I told them I can’t do last minute appointments because I don’t drive(I have seizures), I need at least a week so I can find a ride, can I go ahead and book the appointment however far out? She says “I’ll call you back tomorrow to make your appointment”.

I never heard back from them. I made an emergency appointment for a broken tooth, went in today, sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes, they did some X-rays, and then he tells me “I don’t have time to fix it today, you’ll have to make another appointment”. So now I have to wait another week and a half before they’ll fix my tooth because I can’t do last minute appointments.

Dr. Oliver Putzey and his team are excellent! I scheduled an annual teeth cleaning and check up. Teeth cleaning was fabulous, I has a professional and kind hygienist ( I wish I remembered her name ). She did x rays, then cleaned my teeth. Dr. Oliver came to inspect and found 2 cavities.

They were able to schedule me in right away for care. Their timing is phenomenal. I was in and out on scheduled time. Very grateful of how well I was taken care of and how the team worked together.

I was a new patient as of today they got me an Appointment in 3 days and I couldn't have been more impressed by his great the dentist and the dental assistant Crystal were. The dentist was fast and Excellent. They are very professional and down to earth and answered all questions and made you feel right at home and even though no sedation was used and I suffer from extreme anxiety they have their own way of keeping you relaxed.

100 percent pleased an would recommend this dentist over anyone else.
