I was eating a chicken wing and suddenly realized a tooth was gone from my denture. By chance I stopped by Aspen Dental when I went to town to see if they could repair it. I was told they could make the repair the same day and I could pick it up later.

To my surprise, when I picked it up there was no charge and I was told it was a warranty repair. I’m so thankful for the excellent service I received from the staff.

I came in to have a tooth extracted. they do not take cash. they want to put you on a insurance policy. instead of removing the 3 teeth I have problems with they want to remove teeth that I don't have problems with.

They seem to be in a hurry to get you checked out and do understand that most people can't afford insurance and like myself pay out of pocket. If they aloud cash I would have been able to pay right then. Instead I went to Holland dental and had all 3 removed that day and they listened to me better.

I have always resented and been terrified of the dentist due to my childhood dentist. Let me tell you something about this place. . It’s not very often you visit a clinic and encounter a smiling face through every step of the process, but here, you will. Aspen Dental streamlined my dental needs into a cost-effective budget fitting schedule. The staff here is genuinely wonderful and they remember you.

While I was waiting during my second appointment, a guy came in with a dental emergency and although this individual was not a current patient at this clinic, the receptionist quickly accommodated this patient in order to provide this individual same day,emergency assistance that he desperately required. The Dental staff as a whole work great as a team and extend genuine compassion to your needs. Dr. Rexing is an absolute pleasure! It’s actually fun going to the dentist and I never thought I would be able to say that. I highly highly highly recommend this place.

I was very skeptical and nervous to go into Aspen Dental in Jasper, IN. I needed my tooth fixed, urgently. I called and was able to obtain an appt the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by the office manager who was skilled in customer service. The facility was very well kept and nice. There was a misunderstanding that I wanted a full treatment plan, but after I cleared that up, no further questions were asked. The staff was kind and professional.

I could tell they all enjoyed working there, which is a treat in today’s society. The dentist was prompt in his diagnosis and fixed the issue with humility. The singing was a nice touch and it eases my anxiousness. The hygienist was also gentle and explained everything she was doing. Overall, this office and staff, provided a great experience and environment for me.
